Sharon's Turtle Recipe

Ingredients:.

• 1 lb. (16 oz) caramel squares
• 4 cups (May take a little more) pecan halves
• 3-4 giant Hershey bars
• 1/2 to 3/4 bar of paraffin wax

Directions:.

• Melt 4 tablespoons of water with caramel squares in a double boiler until smooth
• Stir pecans into melted caramel and drop on lightly greased cookie sheet and chill for at least 2 hours or overnite
• Melt Hershey bars with paraffin wax in double boiler until smooth
• Dip pecan/caramels in chocolate and place on wax paper until firm
