Grandma K’s Cornflake Candy
Over low heat or in microwave, combine the butterscotch chips, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Once smooth, remove from heat. In a large mixing bowl, add the cornflakes. Pour you mixture over the cornflakes and carefully stir. Layout wax paper on your counter. Measure out individual spoonfulls of the cornflake mixture and place on wax paper. Let cool for a few hours and enjoy!
