Sausage Cheese Dip
Ingredients:.
- 2 lbs Jimmy Dean Sausage* (browned & drained)
- 2 lbs Velveeta
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 sml or 1 lrg Jar of Sliced Mushrooms (or can brown fresh with the sausage)
- 1/2 can Enchilada Sauce*
- 1 can Diced Rotel Tomatoes* (drained)
*Variables of mild to hot according to taste
Directions:.
- Cut Velveeta into chunks and slowly melt in large sauce pan, and then add other ingredients to thoroughly blend.
- Can transfer to a crock pot set on low for serving.
- Best with Fritos Scoops or if preferred, Tostitos Scoops
