The Weather Lady
Kayleigh Mailhes is our brand new project coordinator! From proofing and writing scripts to client and creative meetings, she spends her time keeping jobs running smoothly and on track. She is slowly taking on the role of social media coordinator as well.
You may already know Kayleigh! She spent the last seven years at KTVE as Meteorologist Kayleigh Klaustermeier. Her time in the broadcast biz has given her many skills that translate well into the marketing and advertising world. While she still loves the weather and will geek out around cool clouds and storms, she’s always had a passion to be creative.
When Kayleigh is not looking up at the sky or at NMY, she’s spending time with her family. She and her husband, Justin, have a one-year-old son named James and a dog named Bow Echo. Kayleigh is a graduate of Mississippi State University and loves to fish and run!
The Vegan Designer
There is a new graphic designer in the house! Amy Bolden is the creative mind behind magazine and newspaper ads, as well as brochures and billboards produced for our clients. Amy’s creative skills were crafted during her time at Abilene Christian University, where she received a BA in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design and Photography. From there she went on to perfect her barista skills and land her first graphic designer job for a local newspaper in Abilene, Texas.
Outside of the walls of NMY, this dinosaur loving, hippie chick runs her own photography business. Her favorite subject…food! Most of her subjects are cooked and crafted by her. Amy is vegan and believes in eating and sharing food that is not only delicious but that is also good for your body. Check out some of her work on Instagram, @thatveganwife. When she’s not perfecting her culinary skills, she’s spending time with her husband, Brandon, and their fur baby Riley.

A coffee bean roasting soccer player? Yep. A crawfish boiling mass communicator? You know it. Studio jack-of-all-trades? Sure, and that's just the beginning. Business development and leading our video production department is Adam's real stock-in-trade. A ULM graduate, he married his high school sweetheart, bought a house, and joined the NMY team. A glutton for punishment, you say? Maybe. He's got two offspring – both girls.
A Jedi Master of the camera. A Grand Overlord of editing footage. A Majestic Wonder of... awkward moments? That's why we keep him locked away in an edit bay, producing some of the best videos a human mind - the jury is still out on the "human" part - can devise. Sometimes we even let the magical beast out of his habitat to shoot our amazing footage. But we never let him stray too far.
