Last night NMY went “Back to the ADDYS!” The night was filled with great music and fun. We are honored to be apart of the ADDY Awards each year, but this year we are especially proud of our Ashley McTurner! She played an integral role in planning a wonderful evening, and now we think she should take a nap!
The night was special for another reason, as NMY’s Paula Burgess presented the Kitty Degree award to her long-time friend Janet Durden of United Way of Northeast Louisiana.

Pusher of pixels, writer of code, reluctant IT. Mechanic, musician, carpenter. Luthier, brick mason, roadie extraordinaire. Wearer of hats - real and metaphorical. He can regale you with tales of browsers gone by or help you tune the carb on a '64 Mercury - pick you out a tune or design your logo. He is 20 years into his quest to make the web a prettier and more useful place.
Being Queen Bee has its challenges. The key is to keep the hive alive and fun. Over 30 years of blood, sweat and tears have been spent nurturing an outstanding group of very active and creative worker bees who have developed a special blend that sets us apart. She wouldn't change a thing, other than having our busy bee hive moved to Hawaii. Nothing wrong with dreaming, a belief summed up by our motto - Everyone dreams dreams, few live them. Welcome to ours.
Graham and Paula have been together for a long time. They both actually worked for same company while La Tech students, graduated in same quarter, and both worked at same office in their first full-time jobs in their advertising careers before starting our little agency in 1986. He is a model car collector, proud father, and a master planner of client campaigns.
Just another artist in need of a paycheck. After six years of molding and messing about at Louisiana Tech University she found a home among the pixels at NMY. Things are different there. They need a special kind of thinker. When not making your website awesome, she's wrangling two children and creating other beautiful things.
A mother, a baker, and candlestick maker - well not really on the candlesticks. A ULM graduate who married her high school sweetheart and recently bought a house, is proud to be a media assistant at NMY.
As a self-proclaimed movie trivia master, Robin likes to spend time watching movies with her fiancé. Robin is NMY's college intern turned Production Assistant, but it doesn't stop there. She also interned for The Walt Disney Company! Robin is a recent ULM graduate, a cat mom, and a yoga enthusiast.
Just call her the Marketing Meteorologist! Kayleigh moved to Monroe as the "weather lady" for a local TV station. Now she's at NMY keeping jobs running smoothly and on track as project coordinator! What about life after work? Well, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and dog. Other loves include: running, BBQ, and fishing.
A coffee bean roasting soccer player? Yep. A crawfish boiling mass communicator? You know it. Studio jack-of-all-trades? Sure, and that's just the beginning. Business development and leading our video production department is Adam's real stock-in-trade. A ULM graduate, he married his high school sweetheart, bought a house, and joined the NMY team. A glutton for punishment, you say? Maybe. He's got two offspring – both girls.
A Jedi Master of the camera. A Grand Overlord of editing footage. A Majestic Wonder of... awkward moments? That's why we keep him locked away in an edit bay, producing some of the best videos a human mind - the jury is still out on the "human" part - can devise. Sometimes we even let the magical beast out of his habitat to shoot our amazing footage. But we never let him stray too far.
